Q. What size are the letters?
A. All lights are 1ft to 4ft in height, other sizes are available please contact us for more information.
Q. Are they safe?
A. Yes, all our lights comply with European legislation and are independently PAT tested & maintained.
Q. I want to place the letters outside, is this possible?.
A. Outside use is subject to weather conditions and is the responsibility of the hirer to make sure they are safe.
Q. Does the price quoted include delivery/collection?.
A. Delivery and collection is free in the Larnaca area (see website for details on areas outside Larnaca)
Q. How long can I hire the letters for?
A. All hire is based on a one day 24 hour contract, long term hire is available for discounted rates, please contact us.
Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?
A. Please read Terms & Conditions for deposit information.
Q. What do I need to know on the day whilst the lights are in use?
A. To make your event stress free, we deliver, install and collect and leave you with a spares box just in case.
Q. What are the letters made from?
A. The unique exclusive style letter lights are made from top quality metal to ensure durability and strength.
Q. Are the letters heavy?
A. We deliver, install & collect so there will be no need to move them.
Q. Where should I place the letters?
A. We install your letters for you and will help you decide where they should be placed for best effect.
Q. Can I purchase the letters?
A. No, as they are made exclusively for us but can be hired at any time on short or long term hire.
Q. How are the letters lit up?
A. They are powered by a low voltage transformer and only use energy efficient bulbs. Energy rating is 'A'
Q. How many letters do you have and what can I spell?
A. You can spell any length of name, our stock is extensive just ask.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. Deposits are required please refer to Terms and Conditions.
Q. Do you offer discounts and offers?
A. Yes, for all event planners and for long term hire and businesses please enquire for more details.
Q. Do you have any numbers or shapes beside letters?
A. Yes, any number/s using 0-9 and various symbols.

Q. My venue needs to be clear the same night, will this be a problem?
A. No, we will collect in the night if necessary.
Q. Will there be a hire contract or will the invoice be classed as a contract?
A. An invoice will be issued upon order and deposit payment with the Terms & Conditions stated on the back.

Q. What Patterns of Cyprus Dreams Clouds can be made?
A. Any shape, many designs as long as we have suffiecient notice we can design Cartoons, Animals or even numbers and characters...any shape you can imagine that would look great as a Cloud
Q. How high, how far, how long will Cyprus Dreams Clouds float in the Sky?
A. The Clouds will usually float up to an altitude of 10-150 Metres, and will remain in the air for about 20 minutes, as for how far it depends on the wind speed and direction
Q. What Size are the Clouds?.
A. The Cloud Shapes are roughly 60CM
Q. How many Patterns can be made.
A. Unlimited, its up to your Creativity
Q. How long does it take to produce one Cloud shape?
A. It depends on the size and thicknessof the pattern you want, usually it takes 2-80 seconds to produce a satisfactory Pattern

Q. What materials are used with Cyprus Dreams Cloud Maker, is it hazardous to humans or the enviroment?
A. The Clouds are made from a special fluid, water and gas. The fluid is made from a safe biodegradable formula, which conforms to American MSDS standard and Europes ROHS Standard, so are not harmless to the human body or the Enviroment. The Gas used is Helium which is an inert Gas and not harmful to the Human Body or Enviroment.
Q. Will the Clouds affect the safety of an Aircraft?
A. Definitely not. The Flight altitude of the Clouds is usually between 10-150 meters, while the flight altitude of an Aircraft is normally above 6000 Metres
Q. Can I use the Cloud Machine indoors?
A. Certainly, if you want.
Q. Can the Cyprus Dreams Cloud Maker be used throughout the year?
A. Yes, it can be used through the year

Q. Setting up the Dance Floor?
A. We will set up the Dance Floor which is included in the Hire price
Q. Are the Dance Floors adjustable?
A. Yes - Each Dance Floor comes with seperate Panels which fit together, it can either be made Square or Rectangular depending on the space available
Q. How long can I hire the Dance Floor for?.
A. Duration is agreed during your hire enquiry
Q. How long does it take to set up the Dance Floor?.
A. Within an hour and in plenty of time for your Event starting
Q. What surface can the Dance Floor go on?
A. Any flat surface inside a Building/Covering.
Q. If the Venue is upstairs is this a problem?
A. No - but we will need to be advised before delivery
Q. What areas do we deliver the Dance Floor to?
A. the whole of Cyprus, delivery Charges apply, unless booked as part of a Package
